We just need you to read our small print, and if you are happy, we would then love you to pay you £200.00 deposit by selecting .

The deposit covers two design concepts. The price includes VAT at 20%. 

Just so you know, design and production time will not be scheduled until this point but as soon as we have your instruction and deposit, we will put together a client timetable detailing all work to be undertaken including design, production and delivery timescales, for both parties (Team AW as designer and you as the client) to agree.

The balance for the printed items, which will be confirmed during the design process, will be due at print proof stage with any final balance due before the dispatch of the full order.

We always start a design taking a thorough brief, which we translate into a moodboard for you. This will help shape the design process, from concept to sign off. As mentioned - we usually work on two designs for you to choose from, selecting together the design which we will develop into your final design (how exciting?!).

If we haven’t already confirmed your budget, we will discuss print and finishing options during our initial conversations so that we are working on a design during the moodboard process that fits with your vision, and we can add all of this to your order form {if you wish to discuss a thorough breakdown of costs or options before you pay your deposit then shout up as it’s really important we are all singing from the same sheet to avoid any confusion}. As outlined in our discussions - the total cost quoted will also include typesetting, proofing and one set of amends {see production notes below} and all of your design and print work.

Production Notes

i} On finalising the design, you will receive your first PDF proof via e-mail. The first proof is complimentary, if you decide to change any elements of the design at this stage of the process, there will be an additional charge of £25.00 per set.

ii} On approval of the pdf proof you will receive a printers contract proof* which must be signed and returned before going to press. If any changes are made to your designs at this stage and a further contract proof is required the charge is £50. 00

iii} Your final designs will be delivered within five weeks of your printers proof approval. During seasonal times we will confirm delivery as part of your timetable.

Please contact us if a quicker turnaround time is required at which point an express fee will be added to your order of £75.00.


i} We will make a charge of £100.00 if there is a change of font, layout of text, colours or change to some design elements once .pdf proof stage is reached.

ia} Any significant changes to the initial brief and design direction post sign off may be subject to additional costs chargeable at an hourly rate of £50 per hour.

ii} Please can you make sure that the details you supply for the wording and content are correct as we will make alteration charges once the initial proof has been sent.

iii} We accept absolutely no responsibility for grammatical and spelling errors.

iiii} Any re-proofs ordered because of any changes made post. pdf sign off will incur a cost price of £50.00 per set.

v} A further invoice will be raised when you have confirmed acceptance of a print quote for your on the day items and a further deposit of 50% of the total value will need to be paid.

vi} The information we need to design your concepts must be with us seven to eight weeks the date. This will all be detailed within your client timetable.

viii} Proofs for any other items will be made available for a charge of £50.00.

viiii} Because of the nature of hand finished elements, any hand finishing completed at the chosen print house, or finished by AW studio will not always be 100% perfect and may differ slightly from product to product.

General Notes

i} The Studio working hours are 9am ‘til 5 pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise arranged.
